Surgery: Breast Implant Exchange, Breast Lift, Internal Bra Placement
Procedure Description: This 60 year-old woman had a breast implant exchange with her prior 300cc saline implants removed and replaced with 435cc silicone implants. She also had a breast lift with tightening of her capsule and placement of a GalaFLEX internal bra. She also had an arm lift (brachioplasty) at the same time. These results are shown six months after surgery.
Implants: 435 cc moderate plus profile Sientra silicone
