- Procedure Description: This 39 year-old woman developed capsular contracture of her right breast. She had a right breast capsulectomy. Her previous 520 cc silicone implants were removed and replaced with 560 cc silicone implants and a GalaFLEX internal bra was placed to support her right breast implant. These results are shown six months after surgery.
